When will my order ship?

Can I change my ring size or engraving?

Yes! You can update your ring size and engraving in the 'Size & Engraving' section until we begin the final production phase. After that point, changes may not be possible.

How do referral rewards work?

Share your unique referral link with friends. When they join the Founder Circle, you both earn ₹500 in credits that can be used on future LUMÉRNA purchases. There's no limit to how many people you can refer!

What if I need to update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address anytime in the 'Shipping Address' section. We recommend keeping it current, especially as we approach your delivery date.

Is my pledge refundable?

This is an all-or-nothing crowdfunding campaign. If we don't reach our funding goal by the deadline, all pledges will be automatically refunded. Once funded, pledges are non-refundable as production begins immediately.
