Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. International expansion is planned — join the waitlist for updates.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- India: Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Otherwise ₹149.
- US/Canada/UK/EU: Free standard shipping on orders above $100. Otherwise $9.99.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Founder Circle orders include complimentary express shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also track your order from the Orders page in your account.
6. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
